In the app
Open Selah and go to Settings.
Tap Account, then Delete Account.
Confirm the deletion when prompted.
This step is final — deletion cannot be undone from within the app.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account removes your profile, program progress, prayer and journal content, check-in history, and community posts associated with your account. Content you shared with an accountability circle or the community feed is removed from your profile, though copies visible to other members as part of a shared conversation may persist in their view.
Your data is removed from our live database immediately when you confirm deletion — it is not a scheduled job that runs later. A copy may persist briefly in encrypted infrastructure backups, fully cleared within 30 days, and we retain a limited record where required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes. Can't access the app?
If you're unable to sign in or the in-app option isn't working, email supportselahapp@gmail.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete your account. We'll verify your identity and confirm once it's done.
